Information the Site Collects
Minji's Table currently has no user accounts, comments, checkout, or subscriptions. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage, selected interactions, device and browser information, and referral or traffic information. Finder analytics use non-identifying counts such as how many ingredients were selected and how many results appeared; the selected ingredient list is not sent as a custom analytics event parameter.
Like most hosted websites, Google Analytics and Cloudflare as the hosting, network, and traffic-measurement provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp, referral information, and security signals to measure, deliver, and protect the site.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Minji's Table loads the Google AdSense site-verification script while the site is under advertising review. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, or similar technologies if advertising is later enabled, depending on Google account settings, visitor choices, consent signals, and applicable regional requirements.
Responsive manual placement rules are prepared in the site's build configuration but are currently disabled, so public pages do not render ad units or ad activation calls. This repository also does not enable Auto Ads in page code. The placement feature flag, consent and advertising-cookie configuration, and this policy must be reviewed before ads are activated.
Contact Messages and External Services
If you contact Minji's Table by email or through the Ask Minji form, your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and the title, URL, and path of the page where you opened the form may be processed for correspondence, editorial follow-up, and relevant business inquiries. Do not include sensitive information.
Ask Minji submissions are handled by Formspree as an external form-processing service. Contact names, email addresses, messages, and Formspree submission content are not sent to Google Analytics. They are also not intentionally sent to Microsoft Clarity or Google AdSense as analytics or advertising data. Analytics may record only a general inquiry category and non-identifying page context for form interactions. Other external links are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Session Replay and Microsoft Clarity
Minji's Table uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate heatmaps, page scrolling, clicks, session interactions, mobile usability, and areas where the interface may be confusing. Clarity may process technical and interaction information such as page rendering, device and browser details, mouse or touch interactions, and visited pages for this usability purpose.
Ask Minji name, email, and message fields are explicitly marked for Clarity masking, and contact submission content is not intentionally sent to Clarity as analytics data. Clarity's cookie and session behavior depends on the project's settings, visitor consent signals, and applicable regional requirements. Consent and cookie configuration remains under review and this policy will be updated if those controls materially change.
Questions and Changes
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact information on the Contact page. Policy revisions will be published on this URL with language that reflects the site's actual current behavior.
